We know delivery can be a hassle, so we’ve made it easy by offering free delivery within metro areas.
We’ve worked hard to secure great rates with our network of trusted freight partners across Australia, meaning you can have your bath delivered straight to your door with no additional costs—making your purchase as easy as possible.

Terms & Conditions of Delivery
Once your bath is ready, we will contact you to advise the next stage is about to be underway - delivery. If you are not ready to receive it yet, please advise at this time and we'll store it for you.
Freight arrangements
In order for us to arrange delivery, we need your name, address, and phone number. Note, your bath will not even be collected from us if we have not provided the receivers phone number.
Transit times
We have no control over interstate transit times. Once your bath has been collected from our factory we can provide you with a tracking number, but we then have no control or influence as to when your bath will be delivered.
Melbourne metro deliveries may be able to accommodate date requests, which can be discussed when we contact you to advise your bath is ready.
Delivery to your driveway/nature-strip only
Our shipping partners will only deliver to your driveway or nature-strip and will not enter your property. Your delivery includes a 'tailgate delivery', meaning they will have a truck that lowers to the ground.
For local deliveries, your bath may arrive in a tailgate van. Please note, this is not a removalist service - they will not deliver your bath into your bathroom.
Accepting delivery of your bath
Please ensure you are onsite to accept the delivery. You must inspect the item at the time of delivery. Your bath was inspected prior to leaving our factory and it was signed off as being in perfect condition at that time. If the crate appears to be damaged, do not accept delivery. Claims for damage may not be accepted after you accept delivery. If the package appears damaged, take photos and contact us.
Please ensure you have 2 or more people to help unload and move the bath once it has been unloaded from the tailgate.
We also recommend you check the feet and tighten the bolts if required. We tighten them before loading but we recommend you check upon receipt to ensure no movement during transport has occurred.
Failed Delivery Attempts
The transport company will ring you in advance, once it's at your nearest depot, to arrange a date and time for your delivery (time may not be exact and may be provided as a timeframe/window).
You must be onsite to accept the delivery. If the driver comes and you are not able to accept delivery and your bath returns to the depot, you may be charged for depot storage fees or a 2nd call out fee
Moving your bath
Please ensure you have 2 or more people to help unload and move the bath.
This bath has cast iron feet and weighs approximately 130 kg. Do not drag the bath.
If the bath is dragged or if the feet are knocked with force, this may damage the bath’s exterior enamel.
Storage
Please store your bath safely. Please consider the conditions of your property (ie current building/renovation site) and ensure your bath is protected from damage.
Only store your bath in normal temperature conditions. For example, do not leave your bath wrapped in plastic then store in a container that can get to high temperatures. This may damage the outside enamel or accelerate the occurrence of rust.
If your site isn't ready yet, please contact us and we'll happily store it for you. Just contact us with some advance notice once your project is nearing being ready to receive your beautiful new bath.
Warranty
Your bath will be delivered with a copy of your warranty. Should you need to make a warranty claim, the bath will need to be returned for inspection. We reserve the right to repair, as per the warranty provided.
Returns
This product is was carefully inspected for faults and damage before leaving our warehouse. Please examine carefully upon receipt of your bath, and before installation. Claims will not be recognized unless made within 14 days from date of delivery.
If you do receive a damaged or faulty bath - please contact us as soon as possible. We may need to arrange for it to be returned for inspection and rectification.
Because all cast iron baths are handmade, small surface variations & dimples in each bath can be expected and are normal, and will not affect its life expectancy. This is the nature (and beauty) of cast-iron and is not considered to be a fault.
